Refund Policy

All payments made to Unbundled Family Law Pty Ltd following the issuing of an invoice are final and non-refundable, regardless of the payment method.

Refund requests will only be considered in cases of genuine error (e.g., duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts). Requests must be submitted within 2 working days of the transaction and include a clear explanation of the issue.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind;
• Documents are no longer required;
• Failure of the advice or documents to achieve your desired outcome (eg, if we prepare your Court documents, but you are still unsuccessful in Court, or achieve a result which is not the result you had hoped for);
• Dissatisfaction with the documents or advice provided to you in accordance with your instructions, except where we have failed to implement your reasonable and clear instructions as set out in the agreed Scope of Works prepared by us and signed by you;
• Any other reason unrelated to a transactional error

Requests must be made in writing to hello@unbundledlaw.com.au and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Unbundled Family Law Pty Ltd.

If you are not satisfied with a pre-prepared product purchased from unbundledlaw.com.au (such as a template document for sale through our website that is not provided to you as part of an agreed Scope of Works), you may request a refund or return within 2 working days of receipt.

Refund/return requests must be submitted in writing to hello@unbundledlaw.com.au with a clear explanation.  Approval is at the sole discretion of Unbundled Family Law Pty Ltd.  As our online products are digital in nature, and as such may be copied or saved immediately after being downloaded, we will typically not approve a refund.

In requesting a refund, you must undertake to delete any copies of the product and not otherwise save or distribute it.  We reserve the right to take legal action against you should we reasonably believe that you have received a refund for a product but then continued to use or share that product.

Any products purchased from unbundledlaw.com.au are the property of Unbundled Family Law Pty Ltd and must not be distributed or disseminated or used for any purpose other than private use by you.  We do not provide any warranty that the product purchased by you will meet your needs or be appropriate for your circumstances.  Purchasing a product from unbundledlaw.com.au does not create a lawyer-client relationship between Unbundled Family Law and you.
